Teclast N15: Tablet manufacturer debuts compact mini

Aug 17, 2023

Teclast has introduced the N15, a tiny mini-PC that utilises an Intel Jasper Lake processor. For reference, Teclast is better known for its tablets, such as the T40 Air and M50 Pro. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the N15 follows in the footsteps of Teclast's tablets by being a budget option compared to many of its competitors.

According to Teclast, it has based the N15 on the N5095, a quad-core part that has 2.9 GHz CPU boost clocks, a 15 W and does not support Intel Hyper-Threading. Teclast combines the 10 nm processor with 16 GB dual-channel DDR4 RAM and a 512 GB PCIe 3.0 NVMe SSD, all within a 400 g and 0.53-litre housing. Moreover, the N15 features twin 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports, six USB Type-A ports and three video outputs split between DisplayPort, HDMI and USB Type-C.

Currently, Teclast charges €279.95 for the N15 on its website. However, it appears that the mini-PC is unavailable to purchase on Amazon at the time of writing. Please note that the company also only offers the N15 in a single N5095, 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage SKU. With that being said, Teclast has included M.2 2280 and SO-DIMM slots, should you wish to upgrade storage or RAM at a later date. Please see Teclast's website for more details.
